HEFT product terms

The parties

These terms are between you and JusticeBridge Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”). HEFT is the product at heftai.app.

Cardio timing is an elapsed-time logging aid. You must finish cardio and save the workout to retain completed minutes in your account log. In-progress timers stay on the browser where you started them.

The product

HEFT is a gym and kitchen companion. Programs, films, recovery bars, stay-steady sessions, weekly check-ins, and meal plates are training logs — not diagnosis, treatment, detox, or dietetic care. Optional clothed progress photos are not a body-fat measurement and are not stored. Stop and get qualified help if a lift hurts or a plate does not fit your health needs. Read what HEFT cannot do.

Meal nutrition is an estimate for the listed serving, where available, not a personalized calorie target. Recipe quantities that have not been verified are marked accordingly. Images may be AI illustrations or reference photos and do not establish portion size or ingredients. HEFT has no Apple Health or Health Connect integration at present.

Exercise targets are logging aids, not a determination that a weight is safe for you. First-time loaded exercises require you to choose and enter a weight. You remain responsible for selecting a load, speed, distance, and incline appropriate for you.

Workout reminders are notifications, not a guaranteed wake-up alarm. Delivery can be delayed or silenced by device settings or Focus. A native iPhone alarm target is in development and is not an available App Store product yet. Its iOS 26 system alarm needs separate permission; older iPhones use ordinary notifications.

Your account

Sign in with your own Google, X, or email account. Do not share the password. The People switcher is extra lockers under one account for a shared phone — it is not a second login. Someone who wants a private log should create their own account. Sharing this week's kitchen does not create an account for the cook. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Creator programs, recipes and media

Creator content is supplied by its creator. Upload only material you have permission to use and share; do not include another person's private information without permission. Photos, demonstrations and ready upload status do not verify qualifications, rights, allergens, nutrition or safe technique. Use the content-report control or contact support about a concern. A creator may publish a public portrait from their own verified media. A program update is offered for your explicit acceptance; it changes future sessions only. Your completed workouts remain unchanged. Authorized operators can review reports, unlist content and record a decision. An unlisting prevents new discovery and enrollment; clearing a review hold does not automatically republish content.

Joining a program does not authorize sharing your private log. Completion sharing is off until you choose it, and weights/repetitions need a separate choice. You can revoke these choices or block the creator. Copies already received cannot be recalled. Free following is separate from financial attribution. Your dated recipe plans, ingredient snapshots, servings, shopping checks and cooking steps/timer ends are private account records. Saved snapshots and existing cooking/shopping state can be recovered after membership expiry; new paid recipe saves and cooking starts need current access. Cooking timers are countdown aids, not guaranteed background alarms.

Membership availability

The approved membership price is US$15 per month plus applicable tax. Paid launch remains on hold while activation checks are completed. When available, the membership renews monthly until canceled. Review the price, currency, tax, renewal and cancellation details in hosted checkout before paying. A return link alone does not activate access; payment and subscription records must be verified. Use billing management to cancel or contact support if it cannot be opened. Cancellation access follows the verified paid period. Refund requests go to support. Erase my log does not cancel a subscription. A canceled member can rejoin after the provider confirms the old subscription has ended; unresolved or active subscriptions must be resolved first to avoid duplicate billing.

The approved referral rule allocates 50% of qualifying net membership revenue to the attributed creator when the first settled payment qualifies within 30 days of referral capture. Net revenue is the verified payment excluding tax and actual processing fees; refunds and disputes affect the ledger. Eligible renewals retain the original attribution. Direct memberships have no creator allocation. Following, enrolling, cooking or sharing progress does not assign a referral, and later links cannot reassign an existing paid or bound membership. Creator transfers require Stripe recipient verification, confirmed country support and a configured release/reserve policy. Pending earnings are not yet withdrawable, and a transfer to a Stripe balance is not a confirmed bank payout. No fixed payout date or worldwide recipient availability is promised.

Acceptable use

Use HEFT for your own training log and household. Do not probe, scrape, or attack the app, other people’s accounts, or the database. Do not store medical records, payment cards, or anyone else’s data without their knowledge.

Availability and “as is”

The app is provided as-is. Hosting, sign-in, or the locker can go down. Rollback is the previous Vercel deployment. Erase my log in Account deletes that account's locker and push registrations. Separate Account controls export creator/kitchen and own billing records and require typed confirmation for permanent creator-data erasure. Subscriptions, open checkout attempts and creator financial obligations require resolution first. Erasure retains minimal financial and safety records and other members' own history. Media deletion starts no sooner than 25 hours later, retries failures and repeats daily checks; already downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Clerk identity remains separate. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a court finds a part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
